Refund Policy

 

Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Your song didn’t hit any Algorithmic Playlist.

  • Your campaign didn’t start within 4 days of purchase.

  • We failed to deliver the number of streams promised within the campaign period.

  • Your song was unjustly removed from a streaming platform, and tendzFlow was the only marketing company used.

 

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@tendzFlow.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please attach a screenshot of your "Spotify for Artists" stats (phone screenshots only) to support your claim. Refunds will only be processed if the request meets the conditions above.

 

Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank or credit card account. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@tendzFlow.com.

 

Sale Items
Refunds apply to regular-priced items only. Sale items are not refundable.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this combined Privacy & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be noted.
